01- 14 -09: At the request of John with Commercial Contractors Inc., CTI representative arrived
on site to perform wood moisture testing in plywood & bottom chord T.J.I. of roof structure, CTI
representatives used a BD -2100 moisture meter to take readings at the following locations:
