Pacific Crossroads has called for finals on
the two remaining shells and Rick is
planning to do those early this afternoon.
This requests that, if it is convenient for you
to do so, we do our Planning and
Engineering finals before lunch. If you can
give me a Yes or No on your approvals I will
give Rick a Go or No Go on the building
finals.
Meanwhile I will get hold of Roger to ask
about the stormwater maintenance
agreement that we still need.

I'm going to Pac Xrds today to do the final
inspection and I think they will probably pass.
Are you ok with all tree items. I don't think you
had to deal with reports since they didn't save
any trees. Everything is ok with their
mitigation?

Cheryl, I'll be out of the office from 11 to
appx 12:30 but I'll have my personal cell
with me. Would you please call me on 503-
449 -8269 when you have a Yes or No from
your walkthrough and I can then call Rick.
FYI to all, No Parking signs are up so I've
marked Sight Distance as "Met." That
leaves only #35 Stormwater Maintenance
Agreement and Cheryl's # 27 Screening and
# 28 Walk Through before building finals. If
the Agreement is all that is missing after
Cheryl's walkthrough I intend to ask Rick to
do the inspections but at best mark them as
Fail with the Agreement submittal required.
