has performed special inspections for:

Our project file indicates that RSS Special Inspection activities listed below were conducted by
14May 2010. This letter represents a summary of work observation and reported by RSS and
there representative.
- Site grading
To the best of our knowledge, the special inspections referenced herein were performed by RSS
in general accordance with the requirements of the Geotechnical Report prepared by Rapid Soil
Solutions on 17 March 2010.
