To whom it may concern:
In accordance with Section 1709 of the 2007 Oregon Structural Specialty
Code, this letter will serve as the Final Summary Letter of Structural
Observations required of the Engineer of Record for the above referenced
project.
Ridge Engineering LLC (RE) has completed the observation of the above
referenced project. In addition RE had reviewed the ongoing special
inspection reports and the final summary letter, see attached, from ACS
Based upon the observation and the special inspection reports, the
construction of the above referenced project appears to have been
completed in substantial compliance with the permit - approved drawings.
