The above mentioned Mechanical permit has not been paid for. The permit is for
additional work of (1) suspended heater, wall heater or floor mounted heater, (1) boiler or
compressor, heat pump, air conditioner to 3 HP, absorp unit to 100K BTU, (1) air
handling unit to 10,000 CTM +, and (1) gas piping one to four units. We are aware that
the work was completed some time ago.
The amount due is $42.90. Please make the check out to the City of Tigard and mail it to
my attention within 5 business days. I will mail you the permit and a set of plans.
Please be sure to note the above permit number on the check.
