The plans for this project were reviewed for conformity with applicable
codes, and are conditionally approved, subject to the following items.
1. Plana for the additions and modifications to the automatic
sprinkler system.
2. Building entry details which show landings which comply with
Oregon Structural Specialty Code Sec. 3304(i) and (j).
3. Location and installation detail for hardware and other
architectural features to provide disability access.
4. Details for the toilet room wainscot and cove materials.
5. Location, size and type of fire extinguishers.
The building permit for this project may be obtained at any time. If you
