DESCRIPTION The Pyro Chem Model PCI - 15ABC is a pre- engineered dry chemical fire extinguishing system. This system is charged with 12.5 pounds of mono ammonium phosphate based dry chemical, Pyro Chem #450 - 020170. Vertical wall mounting for the PCI - 15ABC is provided by the Model MB - 15 mounting bracket kit. It is Listed and Approved for use in total flooding applications and for the protection of ventilation ducts. It is rated to protect Class "A ", "B" and "C" hazards. The Pyro Chem Model N - TF - ABC nozzle has been designed for ABC total flooding applications, see Figure 2. This Model and the installation and operation limitations contained in this supplement replace our existing Model N -TF nozzle for all ABC total flooding applications. The Pyro Chem Model N - ED nozzle has been designed for ventilation duct protection, see Figure 2. This Model can be used with the Models PCI - 15BC and PCI - 15ABC systems. The Pyro Chem Models PCI - 15BC and PCI - 15ABC can be used to protect up to 23 feet of ventilation duct, with a maximum perimeter of 12 feet, over a straight run, using one (1) Model N - ED nozzle. The Pyro Chem Model PCI - 15ABC can support one (1) Model N - TF - ABC nozzle and protect a cubic volume of 960 cubic feet, with a maximum area of 120 square feet. The Pyro Chem Model PCI 25sABC can support one (1) Model N - TF - ABC nozzle and protect a cubic volume of 1680 cubic, feet, with a maximum area of 168 square feet.— The Pyro Chem Model PCI 25sABC can support two (2) Model N - TF -ABC nozzles and protect a cubic volume of 960 cubic feet, with a maximum area of 120 square feet, per nozzle. The Pyro Chem Model PCI 50sABC can support two (2) Model N - TF - ABC nozzles and protect a cubic volume of 1680 cubic feet, with a maximum area of 168 square feet, per nozzle. The Pyro Chem Model PCI 50sABC can support four (4) Model N - TF - ABC nozzles and protect a cubic volume of 960 cubic feet, with a maximum area of 120 square feet, per nozzle. The Pyro Chem Model PCI - 25sBC can support one (1) Model N - TF nozzle and protect a cubic ' volume of 1680 cubic feet, with a maximum area of 168 square feet. The Pyro Chem Model PCI - 50sBC can support two (2) Model N - TF nozzles and protect a cubic volume of 1680 cubic feet, with a maximum area of 168 square feet, per nozzle. The Pyro Chem Models PCI - 15BC, PCI - 25sBC, and PCI - 50sBC are charged with regular sodium bicarbonate based dry chemical, Pyro Chem #450 - 020162. ® ULEX 3437 ULCEX 732 . . -•- Pyr® Chem, Inc. _ – JAN 1, 1993 , 301 Division Street Boonton, New Jersey 07005 1 I} C.
