This review was performed under the provisions of the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code, 1998 edition. 1. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical permits are required for this project. 2. A minimum 40 -B fire extinguisher shall be located within 30 feet of the kitchen cooking equipment in accordance with UFC standard 10 -1. UFC 1006.2.7. 3. Minimum 2A:10BC fire extinguishers shall be located so that the travel distance to them does not exceed 75 feet. UFC Standard 10 -1. 4. A copy of the approved plans shall be kept on -site during construction for inspection purposes. OSSC 106.4.2. 5. A final inspection and certificate of occupancy is required prior to occupancy for the intended use of the structure. OSSC 109.1.
