The submitted plans are approved subject to the following. 1. Motor fuel dispensing facilities shall be constructed in accordance with the Oregon Fire Code chapter 22 and the Oregon Structural Specialty section 406.5.1 2. Contact Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue, Eric T. McMullen 503- 612 -7010, for permits required for Motor fuel dispensing facilities. 3. Canopies shall have a clear, unobstructed height of not less than 13 feet 6 inches to the lowest projecting element in the vehicle drive - through area. OSSC 406.5.2 4. Combustible materials used in or on a canopy ; for plastic covered by aluminum facing or corrosion - resistant steel.. The plastic shall have a flame spread index of 25 or less and smoke - developed index 450 or less when tested in the form intended for use in accordance with ASTME 84 and a self — ignition temperature of 650 or greater when tested in accordance with ASTM D 1929. OSSC 406.5.2 (1) through (3) 5. American with Disabilities Act (ADA): It shall be the responsibility of the Architect, Engineer, Designer, Contractor, Owner and Lessee to research the applicability of the ADA requirements for the structure. The plans shall be available to the Building Division inspectors throughout all phases of construction. 106.3.1 OSSC Premises Identification: Approved numbers or addresses shall be provided for all new buildings in such a position as to be plainly visible and legible from the street or road fronting the property. When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal.
