'Meyer Sign Company of Oregon will make final electrical connection from sign to existing power source (brought directly to sign by client). Additional fees (return trip/materials) will be
incurred should said power source not be available during initial sign installation. If power source is not available at the time of installation a service fee will be applied for return trip.
• Cost of quote is based on the following: all work is to be performed during normal business hours, access to site for men and equipment is adequate, sign installation on EIFS over
plywood or similar material unless noted above, and no underground obstructions or unusual conditions during excavation for freestanding signs.
'Additional charges if raceways are needed behind the wall.
*Ship -In Projects: Contracts are labor only, additional charges for materials not supplied.
'If said payment amount is not paid in full within the terms of this agreement, all principal plus interest charges of 2% per month become immediately due and collectible at the option
of Meyer Sign Co. of Oregon, Inc. If this note is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, I/We promise and agree to pay Meyer Sign Co. of Oregon, Inc reasonable attomey's fees
and collection costs, even though no suit or action is filed, the amount of such reasonable attorney's fees shall be fixed by the courts in which suit or action, including any appeal therein,
is tried, heard, or decided.
