arterial street and a driveway, and a non - arterial street or driveway and railroad where at least one
of the streets or driveways is 24 feet or more in width, a visual clearance area shall be a triangle
formed by the right -of -way or property lines along such lots and a straight line joining the right -
of -way or property line at points which are 30 feet distance from the intersection of the right -of-
