Clean Water Services has reviewed your proposal for the above referenced
activity on your site. Staff has conducted a pre- screen review and requested
completion of a Sensitive Areas Certification Form. Following the review of
submitted materials it appears that sensitive areas do exist on -site and that the
buffers associated with those sensitive areas are in degraded condition and may
have been impacted due to the related project activity before permits were
obtained. An enhancement plan and planting schedule has been required to
mitigate for the impacts and is a condition of this Service Provider Letter.
The submitted enhancement plan and planting schedule (Attachment 1) has
been approved. If the chosen plants or the planting schedule changes; please
contact the District so that the approval can be updated. In light of this result, this
document will serve as your Service Provider letter as required by Resolution
and Order 07 -20, Section 3.02.1. All required permits and approvals must be
obtained and completed under applicable local, state, and federal law. This letter
does NOT eliminate the need to protect Sensitive Areas and Vegetated Corridors
if the project scope changes or additional development activity occurs.
