Subject: Parcel Tags for Reimbursement District #5

1 was processing a permit for parcels 2S1O1DC-003OO and 2S1O1OC-OU4OO(72nd Avenue Office Building
project), which shows parcels tags for reimbursement district #5. 1 Iooked up this district and it states that
it was never adopted. Can you tell me why there are parce tags to collect reimbursement district fees if
the district was never actually adopted? Are there other parcels under this district that have also been
tagged? If so, they should be eliminated. Parcels should not be tagged unless parcel restrictions are
recorded.
Can you please check into this and let me know how many parcels are affected for District #5?
