Anti- Recycle Timer Protection: A software program shall be provided to allow each individual piece of HVAC equipment to be individually programmable with "minimum on ", and "minimum off" timers to protect HVAC equipment from rapid cycling due to system or operator error. Minimum on/off timer program shall have priority over all application software functions except fire shutdown and smoke evacuation modes. Anti cycle times shall be obtained from equipment manufacturer and all values verified at startup. B. Space temperature control shall be based on Proportional and Integral control with separate temperatures as follows: 1. unoccupied heating 2: occupied heating 3. occupied cooling 4. unoccupied cooling 5. morning warm -up temperature C. Time of Day Scheduling:- The scheduling program shall have a minimum of 32 named master schedules. Each master schedule shall have a minimum of eight day schedules (individual day of week schedules plus holiday day schedule. To these master schedules, a minimum of 24 system loads (HVAC equipment etc.) or groups of loads can be assigned. The master schedule shall be individually editable for each of the day of the week and the holiday day.
