The following Building Department issues remain outstanding.
1. Final Inspection and approval of the seeding and drainage system between Lowe's and TOC
Management. Upon completion of the items discussed in the field with your representative
on 3/8/01, a final inspection must be called for.
2. A final Summary letter from the Special Inspector for the concrete retaining walls to include
copies of all trip sheets pertaining to steel in the walls.
3. Final approval by Planning for your landscape issues.
