10 CS Deferred submittals will be charged a deferred submittal fee based on
valuation of the portion of the work being deferred. The minimum fee shall
be $200.00. This fee is in addition to the project plan review fee based on
the total project value. OAR 918 - 050 -0150.
The only Deferred Submittal is for the Metal Stair Systems (as per sheet
CS). All others are Trade Submittals. Owner will comply with fee
requirements upon permit submittal.
