The following information is required prior to the issuance of a Site Permit: FIRE REVIEW 1. The submitted hydrant work sheet shows Four hydrants required, the site plan shows only Three hydrants. Where is the Fourth hydrant located? OFC 508 2. Sheet C13 shows fire hydrant/ Sprinkler Vault / FDC located on private property check with TWD for location requirements on private property and provide copy of easement. 3. provide approval from Fire Marshalls office on fire hydrant design and location. Provide thrust blocking details including cut sheets and installation instructions for any mechanical joint connections. Provide supply pipe burial depth, piping sizes and materials, valve equipment cut sheets, vault details, equipment in vaults, details for hydrants and Fire Department Connection (FDC) location that are necessary for the installation of the fire service. All valves shall be listed for use in a fire service application. Static and residual hydrants used in flow (5) Size, location, and piping arrangement of fire department connections ACCESSIBILITY 6. Clarify the accessible route to the public way as required by section 1103.1 OSSC. 7. The accessible parking shown on sheet CO3 appears not to provide an accessible route from the access aisle to the proposed side walk to structure. Provide site accessibility information as required per section 1103 & 1104. (OSSC 106) 8. Accessible walkways and routes shall not exceed a running slope of 1 unit vertical in 20 units horizontal (5% slope). Cross slopes shall not exceed 1 unit vertical in 50 units horizontal (2% slope). 1103.2.4.3 OSSC 9. Accessible parking signs are required to be 84 inches to the bottom of the sign. Provide sign detail. Please provide an item -by -item response. Deferred submittals such as Truss Joist Shop Drawings, Suspended ceiling system, Retaining wall design, etc. will be charged a deferred submittal fee based on the valuation of the portion of the work being deferred. The minimum fee shall be $200.00. This fee is in addition to the project plan review fee based on the total project value.
