Submittal documents for the above referenced project have been reviewed ,for
conformance with the applicable 1998 Oregon Specialty Codes and other applicable
codes and standards. The following comments are noted:
I ACCESSIBILITY
1. Provide a site plan showing accessible parking and accessible route to both
required exits. OSSC, Chapter 11.
2. Provide a detail showing compliance of the reception counter. • OSSC, Section
1108.4.7.2.
'ENERGY COMPLIANCE
1. Submit Completed Energy Compliance Forms 5a through 5c, Oregon
Non - Residential Energy Code.
!SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS
1. Plans and other date shall bear the seal of a registered architect or engineer.
OSSC, Section 106.3.2
I FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY
1. The required second exit cannot pass through the lunchroom. Provide an exit
corridor. OSSC, Section 1004.2.2 and 1004.3.4.
2. Provide fire blocking at the following locations: (OSSC, Section 708)
a. at the women's restroom area.
b. wall adjacent to the coat area.
c. the wall adjacent to telephone equipment room.
'PROJECT VALUATION
1. Provide a certified copy of your owner accepted bid document.
