Gentlemen:
We are pleased to offer our proposal for automatic fire sprinkler protection for the above referenced
facility. We have reviewed the LRS drawings dated 6/30/99. The following is a breakdown of the
fire sprinkler protection work we are quoting:
UNDERGROUND
We have developed our pricing based on starting five feet outside each building adjacent to the fire
sprinkler riser room. We have included excavation and back fill. We have based our estimate on
using six -inch services for each building. Testing and flushing will need to be completed by the
underground site contractor.
OVERHEAD - SHELL
1 - Wet pipe sprinkler system to protect each building
1 - Main control valve with tamper switch
1 - Inspector test/drain assembly
1 - Electric flow switch
600 - Upright sprinkler heads w /plugs for future
150 - Semi - recessed sprinkler heads (core areas)
Upright sprinkler heads will be installed throughout all levels of these building to provide 'shell' fire
sprinkler protection. We have included finished sprinkler heads in the corridors and core areas on
all levels.

We have included all pipe, fittings, hangers, and earthquake bracing required to meet local
authorities fire codes.
Exclusions: Painting, back flow device, FDC, all wiring, alarm panel, payment for CAD
backgrounds.
Our price for the above referenced scope of work is $51,579.00 (Fifty One Thousand Five Hundred
Seventy Nine Dollars).
