05- 10 -00: Inspected rebar in generator slab. A 3500 psi concrete mix, 3510AVR, was placed by pump
and concrete was consolidated manually. Observed placement of (20) cubic yards of concrete and
cast (1) set of (4) 6x12 samples. Rebar, placement, and concrete were in compliance with approved
plans and specifications.
