06- 23 -00: Observed the installation of 5/8" x 36" rebar dowels into Wall D level 2, 5 %" depth.
All holes clean. Hilti HY150epoxy ICBO #5193. (30) dowels at 2' -0" on center into
keyway of wall. Expiration date 11/00.
