INSPECTOR: C. Stasch COP#485, WABO #STA7637001, OBOA #331
07- 06 -00: CTI representative was on site and noted a 5000 psi concrete mix 5031B from Ross Island Sand
and Gravel was placed in columns at 1s to 2 level, B.5/9, B /4, C /4, B /3, C /5, B2, C /2, D /2, E /2, and F /2. All
reinforcing was inspected prior to placement of concrete and it conformed to plans. All concrete was vibrated.
One set of (4) concrete test cylinders was cast.
