05- 11 -00: A 3000 psi concrete mix 3000B was placed in footings between 6 -9 /A -D line. All
reinforcing was inspected prior to placement of concrete and it conformed to plans. All concrete
- - was pumped and vibrated. Two sets of (4) concrete test cylinders was cast.
