Your explanation states that OSSC, Section 1106.2.4, Exception 1 applies. • I disagree. Section 1106.2.4 has nothing to do with ADA requirements pertaining to 106B and 117B. OSSC, Section 1102 "Accessible Exit" applies, and the code requires all exits • be accessible, and connected to an accessible route. In previous discussions with your firm, the city agreed on Building A, that an area of rescue assistance as an alternate for exit 117B. The reasoning for approving this • altemate was for grade problems not created by your client.
