Correspondence (58) /6 3/ io z FILE COPY November 23, 1998 John H Weber 10310 SW 69th Ave. Tigard, OR 97223 Re: Request for Extension of Permits MST97 -0456 and MST98 -0006 Dear Mr. Weber, I have reviewed your request for extension of MST97 -0456 and MST98 -0006, both permits for 10310 SW 69th Avenue, Tigard, and have concluded that they cannot be extended. Oregon One and Two,Family Dwelling Specialty Code, Section 111.3.1, states that you may extend an unexpired permit one time for a period of six months. This extension was granted to you on both permits on May 14, 1998. That extension and the permits expired November 14, 1998. Section 111.3.2 of the code states that a permit expired for less than six months may be renewed for one half the permit fee, providing no changes have been made to the plans. The fee to renew both of these permits would be $52.50. If you wish to renew, present this letter at the Development Services Counter at City Hall when you pay the fee. If you have questions, call me at 639 -4171 ext. 416.
