Record Observations summary letter for the above - referenced project. VLMK Consulting
Engineers has completed observations for the following items:
1. Shearwall and Bearing Wall Framing
2. Foundations
3. Structural Steel
To the best of our knowledge, all work has been completed in accordance with permit- approved
drawings, specifications, and Engineer of Record directives.
