I forgot to review this item with you during our meeting this morning:
The existing Battery Room is almost completely empty, except for
equipment at the east end of the room. The tenant would like to divide the
room to create an Office for the on -site building maint. person. Does this
wall need to be rated? I couldn't find anything in the code. We are
proposing that the wall go full height to structure w/ type -
x gyp. bd. both sides; fully insulated (sound control); non -rated double
doors. Please comment. My number is 239 -7377. Thank you.
