Mr. Lampella:
I am writing to request an extension of Building Permit # BUP2005 -00262
issued 6/22/2005. Construction on this site has been delayed but is planned to •
start this month.
The planned activities include the replacement and installation of antennas
on an existing monopole as well as the addition of one UMTS cabinet to an
existing shelter. The submitted drawings show only one rad center on the tower,
when in actuality there are two. The structural analysis submitted and
approved by the City of Tigard contain the correct tower configuration and
calculation for both rad centers. A redline correction will be made on the
construction drawings for final approval from the City.
