This letter is a follow -up to the discussion on July 7, 2006 regarding the purchase of an additional 30-day Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the Cascade Veterinary Referral Center (SDR2004- 00012). A 30-day Temporary Certificate of Occupancy has been established to allow all affected parties to meet all conditions of approval that are still unmet These conditions are listed as followed: #25) Satisfy CWS Provider Letter Conditions #26) Satisfy TVF&R Conditions #28) Planning Division Inspection Required #29) Sign Permit for Tenant Signage #30) Public Improvements As -Built Drawings #31) Public Improvements Acceptance /Assurance #32) Post Construction Sight Distance Certification #33) Private Water Quality Facility Design Engineering All conditions of approval must be met, and any outstanding fees must be paid by the end of this 30-day period in order to receive the permanent Certificate of Occupancy. In addition, the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is valid for only 30 -days, and cannot be renewed or extended. In order to avoid any code violations and possible code enforcement action, all conditions of approval must be satisfied by this time.
