The purpose of the company is to bring to the public, a method of purchasing (brokering) their vehicles at a substantial discount over what they would pay for the same vehicle at the traditional dealership. This is not a new concept, brokering is a very widely accepted method of purchasing thru out different parts of the United States. The new cars that I will be brokering will come from franchised dealership 's inventory. I will take delivery at the dealership or my client will take delivery at the dealership. There will be NO storage of new car inventory at 10395 SW Grant Court. The autos that are taken in on trade will be sold wholesale within 48 hours or purchased outright and put up for sale to the retail market thru one of our local used auto dealerships. There will be no storage of vehicles on the property, owned by the business or to be brokered by the business. The only exception to this will be an auto stored entirely inside the garage. The garage is completely enclosed and has automatic doors. It will be used infrequently for minor rebuilding purposes. It will not be used in any way that would create a nuisance or disruption to the neighboring properties or residents. There will be no advertising or visual indication of the home occupation. There will not be a nesessity of customer traffic flow to the residence. Most of the personal contact type business will be done at the dealerships, the balance for the most part will be done by mail or by phone. This is to be a "brokerage only" home occupation business requiring that I maintain an office in my primary home with the secondary use utilizing not more than 25% of my home and 480 square feet of my garage. I wish to pay City of Tigard Business Taxes, State and Federal Taxes, I will also maintain a bond and liability insurance to the extent of the law.
