There shall be no noise, obnoxious odors, vibrations, glare, fumes, electrical interference, heat (detectable to normal sensory perception outside the structure), traffic, and discharge of materials, gases, or fluids into the sanitary sewer or storm drainage systems which are in • excess of what is normally associated with residential uses. r • • 8.
