There shall be no outdoor storage of materials, vehicles, or products on the premises. Indoor storage of materials or products shall not exceed the limitations imposed by the provisions of the Building, Fire, Health, and Housing Codes. 7. There shall be no noise, obnoxious odors, vibrations, glare, fumes, electrical interference, heat (detectable to normal sensory perception outside the structure), traffic, and discharge of materials, gases, or fluids into the sanitary sewer or storm drainage systems which are in excess of what is normally associated with residential uses. • • 8. The Home Occupation Permit shall be renewed annually. 9. A business tax shall be paid annually for the business. 10. If any of the preceding conditions are not met, this Home Occupation Permit will be immediately invalidated.
