I am enclosing a - renewal application for your convenience. Please complete the form and submit it along with your $20.00 renewal fee. For your convenience, we are initiating a calendar year expiration date for all Home Occupation Permits so they will correspond with the Business Tax expiration date. This means you will be billed only once a year and both the Home Occupation Permit and Business Tax will expire annually on December 31st. To make this transition to the calendar year expiration date, we have adjusted the expiration date of your Home Occupation Permit.
