Please find enclosed your check to the City of Tigard for renewal of your Home
Occupation Permit. Due to administrative modifications in 1985, the
collection of renewal fees for home occupations has been postponed until
1986. Henceforth, you can expect a notice reminding you of such renewal fees
at the same time you are due to renew your business tax, either in March,
June, September or December.
If you are no longer doing business in the City of Tigard, please advise us so

It is time to renew your Home Occupation Permit. I am enclosing a - renewal
application for your convenience. Please complete the form and submit it along
with your $20.00 renewal fee. If you are no longer in business, please note
this on the application and complete only the first page. Return the
application form to the City of Tigard, Planning Division, Attention: Vi
Goodwin.
For your convenience, we are initiating a calendar year expiration date for all
Home Occupation Permits so they will correspond with the Business Tax
expiration date. This means you will be billed only once a year and both the
Home Occupation Permit and Business Tax will expire annually on December 31st.
To make this transition to the calendar year expiration date, we have adjusted
the expiration date of your Home Occupation Permit. You will not be billed
again until December 31, 1990 for the home Occupation Permit renewal. You
will, however, be billed for the Business Tax at the end of this year, December
31, 1989. Thereafter, the annual Home Occupation Permit and Business Tax fees
will be due in full on January lst of each year.

at 14130 SW 105th Street 1J1 from Nnvemher 24, 19116
to November 24, 1987
This Home Occupation Renewal has been granted in accordance with Section
18.142 of the Tigard Community Development Code and any special conditions
listed below.
In addition, the grantee holds a current Tigard Business Tax Certificate which
expires on November 30. 1987
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
Home Occupation Renewal Permit 41 -86 is approved subject to the following
conditions:
1. This home occupation renewal permit shall be renewed annually.
2. A Business Tax shall be paid annually for the business.
3. There shall be no noise emitted from the home connected with the
business which is audible to abutting residences.
4. There shall be no paid employees working in the home in conjunction
with the business who are not residents of the home.
5. There shall be no signs or advertising visible from the exterior of
the premises.
6. There shall be NO customers or clients coming to the residence in
conjunction with the business.
7. There shall be no outside storage of materials, vehicles or products
on the premises. Indoor storage of material or products shall not
exceed the limitations imposed by the provisions of the Building,
Fire, Health and Housing Codes.
