I have reviewed the material you have submitted regarding our
October 12, 1995 plan review letter and find the resubmittal
incomplete. Please submit the following:
A . The slope of all storm and sanitary piping.
A Submit four (4) copies of the erosion control plan for
review. A site work permit cannot be issued with fwt
compliance.
60 Sheet A8, as referenced for curb design, is not
applicable. Submit correct detail reference and sheet.
Detail the accessible route from the access aisle to the
building entrance, and from the building to the public
way, in accordance with OSSC, Section 3103(a)(b).
.% Provide a detail of the van accessible parking sign
j requirements on the site plan.
'-' aiP' Provide construction details for the curb ramp on the
plans in accordance with OSSC, Section 3103(b).
v \4,e Submit no less than three (3) copies of revised plans.
