discussed, attached is a copy of the Certificate of Occupancy you
previously provided to Kristy Taylor of our office, and a proposed
Affidavit stating that the document is a true and correct copy of the
document in the City of Tigard Building Division file. Please review
the attachments, and if the Affiavit is acceptable to you, please sign
it in the presence of a Notary and return the original to me. Please
