Dear Lee,
We have reviewed the inspection and testing reports for this project and have found no outstanding or non-
complying issues with structural parts, pieces or assemblies related to this project. We have also reviewed
responses to the RFI's from the contractor during construction to verify field conditions that may have
modified any structural assembly from that shown in the contract documents.
In our opinion, it appears that the construction of the structure conforms to the contract documents and the
design of the structure.
