To the Contractor:
This bulletin, issued after the execution of the contract, describes proposed revisions of the
contract documents and requests from contractor the amount of change, if any, in contract
sum to accomplish the work described. It is assumed no change in contract time will be
necessary unless contractor submits written request for time extension, including
justification, with his proposal . for work described in this bulletin.
Except, as otherwise described herein, or as shown on drawings issued with this, current
contract documents apply to proposed work.
This bulletin is not an order to do work. After receipt and review of the proposal requested, a
change order will be issued toiauthorize execution of the work, or portion thereof, if the
owner so directs.
