in accordance with the 2003 International Building Code and the 2004 OSSC
requirements, representatives of AAI Engineering performed structural observations
• for the Tigard Triangle Commons Buildings No. 1, 2, and 3 as outlined In the project
. construction documents. A final compliance walk through was performed on August 1,
2007 at which time no non-compliant issues were observed. We have also reviewed
inspection reports by ACS Testing Inc. of Tigard, OR and structural shop. drawings as
submitted by the contractor.
Based on the final reports for Tigard Triangle Buildings 1, 2 and 3, dated September 5,
2007, provided by ACS Testing and our final observation, it is our opinion that the
construction of the subject projects is generally In accordance with the structural plans
and specifications.
