Checklist, three sets of plans, calculations, and product submittals for the fire alarm
tenant improvements at the address shown above.
Occupancy Group: B
The fire alarm system design includes the following:
1. Analog - addressable fire alarm control panel with digital communicator (dialer).
2. LCD English language remote annunciator at main building entrance.
3. Monitoring of sprinkler flow switch and control valve position switches.
4. Elevator controls including smoke, heat, and voltage sensors, and cab recall
controls.
5. Air handler smoke detection and control.
6. Outside sprinkler flow alarm.
7. ADA notification devices in building shell common and general use areas.
