C. Design/Build: Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Landscape by Design/Build wherein the Contractor responsible for the work also provides the design and documentation required for building permits. D. Building Codes: Work under this contract shall conform to the latest adopted edition of the Oregon Structural Safety Code, applicable plumbing, mechanical and electric codes, and all applicable codes and ordinances. E. As Built Drawings: At the completion of the work provide to the Owner a clean undamaged set of drawings marked with notations indicating as -built conditions, where they differ from that shown. DIVISION 2: SITEWORK 02200 EARTHWORK A. Clearing: 1. Clear areas required for access to site and execution of work. Remove sod. topsoil, trees and shrubs within the area of new construction. 2. Remove stumps, roots and surface rock. B. footing Excavations 1. Trench for footings 12" minimum below existing grade and 18" minimum below finish grade, whichever is lower. 2. Clean footing excavations of loose material by hand shovel prior to concrete placement. 3. Maintain trenches dear of standing water. C. Utility and Plumbing Trenches 1. Remove and stockpile soil material to obtain required subgrade depth and width. 2. Provide 4 inch minimum thick bedding aggregate on trench bottom.
