Tigard the following has been performed during the construction for the following project:

Project Description: Building foundation pads and roadways
Our project file indicates that Rapid Soil Solutions Special Inspection activities listed below were completed on October 24, 2008 with
the paving of the parking lot and entrances. This letter represents a summary of work observation and reported by Rapid Soil Solutions
representative.
- Foundations sub - grades and final grades prior to placement of concrete in building A, B and C
- Parking lot sub - grade, final grade and asphalt compaction
To the best of our knowledge, the special inspections reference herein were performed by Rapid Soil Solutions in general accordance
with the requirements of the Administrative Rules and the Geotechnical Report prepared by RSS on 7 July 2007. Attached are the
field reports for the project.
