If the reports are not submitted or received by the City Forester at the scheduled intervals, and if it appears the TPZ's or the Tree Protection Plan are not being followed by the contractor or a sub - contractor, the City can stop work on the project until an inspection can be done by the City Forester and the Project Arborist.
