DIR1991-00004 DATE: 4/30/1991 _ CODE SECTIONS: 18.140.070 f tAPIC:1 Temporary Use Permit: Showcase Model Homes INTERPRETATION: The consensus was that a Director's decision was not necessary. Therefore, they do not need to apply for a temporary use permit. Also, there will be no formal NPO review nor any appeal period. The decision is based on the following: 1. They will have no off - street parking...all parking will be on the public streets. Therefore, no concern with dust and mud. 2. They will have a concessionaire stand, serving beer and wine. They will need OLCC approval, as well as the approval of our police chief. 3. They will block off one public street, SW 126th Place. They will need temporary street closure authorization from Randy Wooley. 4. They will have to coordinate temporary sewer and water connections through the appropriate agency...the sewer is ours. No permit fees on the temporary, nor any users fees. 5. Any coordination with emergency services, they will do on their own. 6. The promotions will discourage the use of SW 128th Avenue off Walnut Street as the entryway; instead, the public will be instructed to turn off 135th onto SW Morning Hill Drive.
