INTERPRETATION: Referring to Chapter 18.26 (Page 18- 26 -11, Paragraphs 3 and 4) of the City Development
Code, the words "area" or "tract ", as used in the definition of "subdivision" or "subdivide
land" means any legal parcel being divided according to partitioning or subdivision
regulations; for the purpose of the Community Development Code, tract does not include
land held in common ownership for the purposes of open space, water quality and access;
generally such tracts are non - buildable.
