This is to verify that each of the concrete walls that were poured in Coral Commons were dug down to undisturbed soil and poured the thickness of the entire jog instead of the 4" slab that was recommended on the approved set of plans. In addition each of the pours has positive connections to the existing foundation walls. Three sets of rebar on each side were doweled in. The rain drains have been rerouted to go around the pour and the underside of the floor has been insulated. Inside each of the water heater rooms we will make provision for heated air from the house to enter in as to avoid any possibility of freezing. Each of these things has been done in accordance with the requirements outlined by the Inspection Supervisor Hap Watkins. Thanks for nailing this down so promptly. Gary, FYI, the "Revised" plans for this development show that center South unit, originally identified as Unit #11, to have been re- numbered as Unit #7, just as Rick reported, and fire sprinklers were installed, inspected, and approved under BUP2007 -00577 on 10/16/08. Also, now that we have the right street address, I can confirm that a 1" water service was installed at 9360 and passed inspection 6/12/07 under MST2006- 00270. I do not know for sure, however, whether the fire lanes have been posted, as required. Rick, do you know whether they have? That's the last item that has to be resolved for Condition #21 on the SDR before 9360 can be approved for final and C of O. Brian, just as Rick noted, 9360 failed final inspection on 12/29/08 for other reasons and no re- inspection has been requested. If someone is calling for a C of 0 there's a good reason they haven't received one and if they're already living there, perhaps they'd like to schedule a final. Albert. The true address for unit #11 is 9360 SW Coral. This unit was our last remaining HOLD at this project. I was directed by Gary Pagenstecher on November 21,2007 that there were SDR conditions still not met. I told Gary that upon the Final inspection, which was done on December 29, 2008, that I would check these issues out and report back to him. I made the inspection and listed the SDR 2005 -00007 permit issues 21 & 26 being not met, whereas I had to fail their inspection request. Since that time, we have not been requested back out to this site. Albert, get with Bethany, because l think that she has the correct arrangements of addresses to unit numbers. All I can tell you is that when I made this inspection, I went directly to the numbered address 9360 SW Coral. This is the unit #11 that has sprinklers. It's in the rear approximately in the center of this project. I hope that this clears up some miscommunication.
