Phyllis called me today regard g SWR2007- 00301. - Dwelling Units figure was entered as .1 instead of 1. The
correct fees were collected. S - a • - : - ° e igure, but she wanted me to let you know so you could rerun
the report. I hope I got all of that right.
Dianna -
When I opened this permit I noticed that it was in "I" status. Yet the system shows that it was case finaled on the
same date as issuance. I did not see any activity returning it to "I ". I haven't changed anything in the case, other
than correcting the Dwelling Units figure. Thought I would let you know in case you want to check it out. Let me
know if you want me to case final the permit.
