Mr. Sepp,
On February 20, 2004, we called your office and informed you that structural
calculations were required to be submitted for the additional work that was
submitted for the above referenced project. As of this date, we have had no
response to this request. Additionally, in speaking with Clair Company, the firm
that is now responsible for all building permits in King City, has informed us that
they need the plans submitted to them via King City for their review. Therefore,
we are retuning your submittal so you can submit them through the appropriate
process.
Also, mechanical permit MEC2002 -00387 and plumbing permit PLM2002 -00347
have expired. They have been on Ready to Issue status since December 15,
2003. Permits not issued within 180 after approval expire by limitation. These will
also have to be issued by King City.
