to enter into the cases, check licenses, get signatures, etc. for the BUP and SIT where Roloff is listed.

Mike Roloff, General Contractor, called Monday and requested that his name and firm be removed from
all permits regarding the Sepp Office project, the above permit particularly, and any others. He is no
longer associated with Dr Sepp.
