As I have explained yesterday, I have my company's liability
at stake and one of the high official on H -Mart seems to be
not understanding of the most importance of Hiring General
Contractor on a even a small job.
Could you write a formal letter to H -Mart, fax 503 -620 -1681,
saying that Royal Construction Inc. Charles Kim came in
yesterday and asked for Permit Action and want's to know
whether that k H Mart's decision and if so City of Tigard will
proceed with the Action Royal Construction has requested.
Also, if you can add the consequences and requirements
without having general contractor on the Job.
I have had no response from H -Mart since I met you
yesterday and I am very concerned about my company's
liability. And I think they are still confused about the
procedure here in Oregon.
