Gentlemen:
As requested, we are pleased to provide you with this summary letter concerning the
above - referenced project. West Coast Geotech, Inc., has conducted part-time site visits,
as -called by the Contractor between November 1, 2007, and May 6, 2008.
In summary, based on our part-time site visits, we conducted and /or observed the
following:
• Site stripping and subgrade over - excavation,
▪ Compaction, density testing and proof - rolling of rock fill in lifts,
• Soakage Trench installation,
• Site retaining wall subgrade,
• Compaction and density testing of footing subgrade,
• Compaction and density testing of slab aggregate,
• Compaction and density testing for sanitary and storm trench back ill.
• Proof -roll of Warner Street Improvement for base aggregate,
Based on these services conducted and /or observed during our site visits (as outlined
above), it is our professional opinion that the project appears to be in substantial
compliance with our Geotechnical Recommendations and the permitting process may
now proceed to the final stages for the granting of occupancy.

Copies of our memorandums have been transmitted under cover of letters of transmittal
on a weekly basis, more or less, to the following parties:

Warner Street Sanitary and Storm Line Compaction Testing to the City of Tigard on
April 8, 2008.
